The court and clerk’s office is open on Election Day during normal court hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Persons seeking urgent after-hours election-related court relief should telephone the San Bernardino Registrar of Voters Hotline at

The Registrar of Voters, can advise the public if a solution is available without court intervention or provide information about how to request after-hours court relief.

On Friday, September 1, 2017, the San Bernardino Superior Court will begin providing Self-Help services at the Needles Courthouse, located at 1111 Bailey Avenue.

Effective June 23, 2017, the Superior Court of San Bernardino County will restore access to disadvantaged communities in the West Valley by holding a “Shelter Court” on the fourth Friday of every month in Upland. Judge Ingrid Uhler will preside.
Effective July 7, 2017, the San Bernardino Superior Court will open limited service in Needles for members of the public to address traffic and non-traffic infraction matters.
In an ongoing effort to ensure consistent access to justice throughout the county, all court buildings will be open to the public at 7:30 a.m. beginning June 5, 2017.
Effective July 7, 2017, all Needles jurisdiction traffic and nontraffic infraction filings, scheduled on or after June 1, 2017, will have the option to appear remotely at the Needles District courthouse in Needles, California.
