TurboCourt offers a convenient method to prepare and submit forms, petitions and other court documents. You will need to register for an account, or log in through Facebook, LinkedIn or Google to access the materials on the TurboCourt website.

Probate Notes

This section provides information and links to view probate notes pertaining to matters on the court's calendar. Starting October 28, 2022, Probate Notes will be available through the Court Access Portal (CAP) for hearings scheduled November 15, 2022 and later. Notes are available two weeks prior to your hearing and for 7 days after the hearing, so print or save your notes for future references. For help accessing your notes, click here.

Family Court Services Orientation Class Info

The Family Court has extensive jurisdiction over many domestic matters. It is designed to resolve disagreements arising from divorce and legal separation, including provisions for the care of children.

Access Self-Help Resources

Our Self-Help Resource Center offers free assistance with cases pertaining to family law, child support, guardianship, small claims and landlord/tenant disputes. All services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Civil Tentative Rulings

A judicial officer may provide tentative rulings on law and motion matters after 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the court day before the scheduled hearing. The Court follows the procedure set forth in CRC 3.1308(a)(2).
